Through several strategic activities, Dyna Texas increases the academic engagement of students through art projects. Partnering with schools, churches, and community centers, Art EDU increases the academic rigor of students through innovative art approaches that capture the attention of young scholars. One of our annual Art Edu programs connects Dyna Texas with BakerRipley Neighborhood Centers to bring fun art activities to students during the annual Back to School Health Fair. While parents visit vendor, access health care services, collect school supplies, and uniforms, Dyna Texas created art with 200 students in 2017 and over 400 students in 2018, and we look forward to seeing these artists again next year!
